Description

 Responsible for developing and maintaining employment contracts for Mercy Hospital and Mercy Clinics. Administers consistent management of all employment contracts to ensure integrity and compliance in the process.
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Works with leadership to initiate a standardized and centralized contract process.
  • Facilitates and monitors quality control of new and existing employment agreements.
  • Interface with attorneys to create templates for employment contracts and contract revisions.
  • Work independently to handle complex projects and confidential information.
  • Ensures contracts are entered accurately into the system.
Requirements
  • Previous contract experience preferred.
  • Knowledge and understanding of legal terminology, contract language, and specifications in contracts.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communications skills with the ability to interface with all level of the organization and outside legal staff.
Minimum Requirements
 Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience with employment contracts
  • Paralegal background required
Hours
Hours Per Pay Period: 80
Schedule:  M-F 8-4:30pm
Pay is commensurate with experience.
