BVS Performance Solutions is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our National Account Management team to provide administrative project support to bank and credit union customers throughout the United States.  

 

Job Description

·         Help to manage inbound customer calls

·         Proactively making outbound customer calls

·         Support in training BVS clients on BVS platform

·         First level technical support/trouble shooting

·         Monitor and support customers in system usage

·         Regularly meets with and discusses accounts with management

·         Project support

·         Assist with creating/customizing customer online courses

 

Knowledge and Expertise

·         College graduate or equivalent work experience preferred

·         Five years’ work experience in an administrative role

·         Able to build and maintain strong client relationships

·         Excellent communication skills both written and spoken

·         Self-motivated with the ability to multitask

·         Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

·         Experience with Articulate/Storyline preferred

·         Graphic/Instructional design experience

·         Telephone support experience

 

Personal Attributes

·         Self-motivated, excellent time management and organizational skills

·         Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines

·         Must be detail oriented, a self-starter and dependable

·         Superb phone skills
