This position is working Monday-Friday 12:30-5:00 pm. Under limited supervision, schedule in person appointments, provide assistance and limited support to students applying for Financial Aid, registering, or paying their bill.  The position also involves working with confidential information.

  • Greet, schedule appointments for Enrollment Management Staff and assist students.
  • Preform limited duties to assist students with financial aid and registration.
  • Receive and process Financial Aid and Enrollment documentation.
  • Receive mail.
  • Performs other related work duties as assigned.

  • Work efficiently and effectively in an environment that at times can be stressful and have frequent interruptions.

Position involves working in an office setting. Occasional (10-33%) standing, pushing, pulling and grasping. Frequent (34-66%) reaching and viewing a computer and other types of close visual work.  Constant (67-100%) sitting, walking, repetitive motion, talking and hearing. 


  • Proficiency in various office and spreadsheet software including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ability to learn other software programs.
  • Associate degree or three years of related experience preferred.
  • Preference given to those with administrative work experience.
