Armstrong Development Company is hiring for a full-time office assistant/administrative professional.

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask
  • Well organized
  • Pleasant, friendly disposition
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous marketing experience a plus, but not required


Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

·         Answer phones and greet visitors as first point of contact

·         Perform various administrative duties

·         Prepare Leases, Amendments and Lease Terminations

·         Create and update Marketing Fliers

·         Maintain & update company websites/social media accounts

·         Create content for digital directories

·         Generate list of needed repairs, replacements and enhancements in vacant spaces as well as common areas of occupied buildings
