The Recruiting coordinator is responsible for the outreach to prospect caregivers being recruited to join CareLinx’s Caregiver Community. You should have strong communication skills and confidence as a headhunter. Recruiting coordinators will cover shifts Monday-Friday with occasional weekends during CareLinx’s operational hours. This position is a career track position for multiple positions within the company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Other duties may be assigned
  • Implement overall recruiting strategy;
  • Consult with managers to discover staff requirements and specific job objectives;
  • Collaborate with all team members to create and continuously improve our recruiting programs and processes;
  • Source candidates from internal database, as well as external job posting sites and social media;
  • Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need;
  • Schedule a high volume of phone interviews with hiring teams, and candidates;
  • Conducting professional reference checks and completing on-boarding requirements for placed candidates;
  • Communicate interview details to candidates, ensuring that they have all necessary information including scheduling, and interview preps;
  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls in a courteous and timely manner following departmental procedures at all times;
  • Adding proper documentation and notes into CareLinx’s proprietary tool;
  • Work within a team to meet performance goals;
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Recruiting Manager, both live and remotely as needed, to calibrate on needs and strategy;
  • Special project support, and other duties, as assigned.

Education & Experience
Some college level coursework is preferred;
One year experience in a customer service or call center environment is preferred;
Experience in medical industry is preferred.

Knowledge & Skills
  • Manages time efficiently;
  • Must be confident and work with minimal supervision;
  • Exhibits a professional, confident and outgoing demeanor;
  • Demonstrates ability to think analytically and strategically;
  • Must possess excellent communication skills and follow up;
  • Experience working with Microsoft Office and/or Google suite;
  • Excellent writing skills as this position requires accuracy with documentation;
  • Superior organization skills and dedication to completing projects in a timely manner;
