Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking an administrative professional to provide support to the Hiawatha office. As administrative assistant, you're at the core of your team's business operations and activities that keep the team moving forward.

Key responsibilities:
  • Clerical tasks, such as computer and database work
  • Ensuring a consistently professional office experience
  • Managing miscellaneous projects as assigned
  • Receptionist duties

The ideal candidate:
We're interested in organized individuals who are passionate about providing excellent internal support. The administrative assistant will have the ability to anticipate the needs of management and team members and resolve administrative issues before they arise.

This role requires:
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new software programs
