Administrative Services Coordinator - Hydroscience & Engineering

The University of Iowa has an opening for an Administrative Services Coordinator. The successful candidate will contribute to the research mission of IIHR – Hydroscience & Engineering ( by providing administrative support to faculty and staff for research programs including serving as liaison and providing administrative assistance; compiling and preparing information and reports, coordinating dissemination of information for internal and external resources and reconciling and resolving issues for account expenditures.

A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. This position also requires 6 months – 1 year of administrative, office coordination or financial experience and applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Demonstrated proficiency in both written and verbal communication with the ability to edit and/or compose grammatically correct documents in a logical and organized manner is also required.

Salary and Benefits:
$35,271 to commensurate
