The Clinic Office Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our mission of successfully serving children and families in an outpatient clinic setting. The purpose of this role is to oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operational processes of the front office and to coordinate the flow of client care in a manner that reflects exceptional customer service and ensures timely client care.  This position also provides direct supervision of office personnel ensuring efficient and effective accomplishment of operational needs and agency goals.

A two-year degree in Office Administration or a related degree is preferred.  A minimum of 2 years previous knowledge and experience in office management is required. Strong computer skills required.

This is an office based position. Hours are generally Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Flexibility in scheduling required.
