Facility Coordinator Assistant

Job Information:

Cornell College invites applications for a full-time facility coordinator assistant. This position will work closely with the facility services office staff to support all of the Department of Facility Services' activities. This position will provide administrative support and manage office functions, to include: work-order coordination, access assignments, database management, daily office operations, maintenance of office records, completion of daily mail task (i.e. external facility mailings, mail pick-up and delivery throughout campus, shipping and receiving), provide back-up assistance for other facility office staff, and additional general support as needed.

Qualifications: 
Experience coordinating work within a high-profile facility preferred. Must have computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office products and Google Drive, and demonstrated ability to work and communicate professionally with internal and external customers. Ability to lift and carry 40 pounds required. Must possess valid driver's license and be insurable to drive for the College.
