The Client Service Administrator is a highly experienced support employee responsible for paperwork, client reports, maintaining contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information, scheduling meetings with preferred staff and troubleshooting problems. This position has a large role in the day-to-day operational duties of the firm, ensuring the office runs smoothly.

Responsibilities & Activities
  • Deliver superior client service – proactively communicate with client’s service requests, troubleshoot problems, answer incoming client calls professionally, friendly and hospitable guest reception
  • Assist with the setup of on-site and virtual client meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda and relevant material
  • Execute special projects and problem solve issues for advisors and clients, i.e. cash management options, technology integrations & paperless initiatives
  • Account administration for new and existing business including account openings, beneficiary updates, address changes, etc.
  • Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities and assist with operational enhancements within the team
  • Chief support for Lead Advisor – provide administrative support by maintaining calendar, assisting with marketing plan, goal planning and tracking, etc.
  • Develops and maintains written systems of all their activities
  • Writes down 6 Most Important and prioritizes them each day before leaving office
  • Demonstrates core skills required for all HWM employees
  • Remains current on industry through reading & conference attendance

  • Self-starter with a proven ability to take initiative
  • Team-oriented with strong integrity and professionalism
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and operate in tight deadlines
  • A genuine interest in serving and caring for other people
  • Minimum 3 years relevant experience in financial industry
  • Series 65 helpful
