Job Information:

Honkamp Krueger & Co., P.C., a top 100 CPA firm, is seeking a highly motivated administrative professional to provide support to our Hiawatha office. As an administrative assistant, you will be at the core of your team's business operations and activities that keep them moving forward.

Key responsibilities: 
  • Managing schedules - coordinating on-site meetings, travel arrangements and phone calls
  • Assembling completed tax returns in accordance with firm standards
  • Front desk reception rotation
  • Assisting management with a variety of projects
  • Billing tasks

The ideal candidate: 

We're interested in organized individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer service and internal support. The administrative assistant will be a self-starter with the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.

This role requires:

  • Associate Degree preferred
  • Two to four years of administrative experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills
