Job Information:

Provides support to Vice President of Finance and Director of Clinic Operations in facilitating meeting schedules, invoicing payments and meeting communications.

  • Excellent skills in administrate/clerical support, including multi-line phones
  • Prepares presentations for Director and Vice President
  • Develops and coordinates schedules for various meetings and recruitments
  • Attends meetings as requested to take notes and scribe minutes for Director/Medical Director
  • Keyboards accurately with at least average speed to create and format office documents
  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • 3+ years’ experience working in a administrate support position highly preferred
