Located in Cedar Rapids, IA, our office offers a pleasant working atmosphere.  Our business environment encourages employees to excel and realize their full potential.  We currently have an opportunity for a Director of Operations position.

The Director of Operations is an accountable, self-reliant and intelligent team member who is comfortable working as part of a team, but can work independently as well.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Manage client relationship system - Salesforce
  • Process securities trades on the Fidelity Wealthscape system
  • Manage new client onboarding
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to clients
  • Process new business and provide customer service on existing accounts
  • Administrative and other duties as assigned

Candidate must have the following qualifications:
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, and specific company softwear Salesforce and Wealthscape
  • Series 6 or 7 license preferred, or able to obtain
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Detail oriented self-starter
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet deadlines
  • Manage day-to-day activities, as well as special projects
