We are currently searching for an experienced, professional Office Administrator to join our team in Coralville.

In this role, you’ll:
Provide administrative support to the General Manager and Realtors.

Enter data into Excel spreadsheets and update company databases.

Interact with clients over the phone and in person.

Coordinate preparation of reports, analyze data and identify solutions.

Support the general upkeep and overall tidiness of the office.

Ideal candidates:

  • Have a minimum of five years administrative support experience

  • Possess excellent customer service skills

  • Above-average usage of Excel

  • Able to work in a deadline-oriented, fast-moving environment

  • Are outgoing, pleasant and proactive

  • Used to working with details

  • Can learn new software quickly

  • Knowledge of real estate industry a huge plus, but not required
