Office Assistant

Job Information:

Genova Technologies is seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant for our Cedar Rapids, Iowa location. Preferred hours are 9:00am-3:00pm Monday through Friday with a 30 minute break for lunch. There is some flexibility with schedule. 


Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:


  • New hire paperwork and onboarding

  • Manage SharePoint Calendar

  • Answer phone and front door

  • Provide assistance with travel for engineers

  • Metrics and budget reports

  • Update engineering database

  • Time card review and approval

  • Inventory control/miscellaneous office supplies

  • Set up and manage employee meetings

  • Format resumes

  • Candidate reference checks

  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned

 

Technical skills required:


  • Proficient with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Sharepoint

  • Data Entry Experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Punctual and reliable attendance
