We are currently searching for an Excel Savvy Office Administrator to join our team. Successful candidates will have excellent customer service and must be outcome-oriented. The ability to work in a fast paced environment with strong attention to detail is essential. You will be fully engaged and busy from the first day and we guarantee there will never be a dull moment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to General Manager and Realtors

  • Coordinate preparation of reports, analyze data, and identify solutions

  • Data entry and updating of company databases

  • Interact with clients over the phone and in person


  • Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite with high skill level in Excel

  • Ability to juggle multiple projects with superb accuracy

  • Exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person

  • Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

  • A minimum of three years of administrative support experience

  • Real estate background/knowledge preferred but not required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
