7G Distributing, LLC is the exclusive distributor of Anheuser Busch alcoholic beverages in Eastern Iowa.  7G distributes its products to all licensed accounts (bars, convenience stores, grocery stores, etc.) within its territory.  The company has warehouse locations in Cedar Rapids, Dubuque, and Davenport.
