About this position:

As a Vendor Relationship Manager in our Rep Development Program, you will be accountable for maintaining and growing sales leasing volume with existing GreatAmerica dealers. Providing exceptional sales service to ensure continued successful partnerships with our vendor base is a must.
In this position you will be responsible for developing and delivering successful strategies to maximize dealers' sales growth. You must be able to successfully sell using consulting based selling methods as you will be accountable for achieving sales volume in your assigned territory. Your team includes individuals from sales, collections, account support, documentation and credit working towards common goals to better serve our customers each day and take our business to new heights.
Specific responsibilities include:
•Maintains direct working relationships with existing vendor base to support current and future business needs.
•Successfully utilizes Professional Selling Skills training to enhance overall sales volume.
•Increases leasing business done with GreatAmerica by providing exceptional service and offering solutions to vendor base.
•Handles transactions associated with supporting vendor business (i.e. follow up on accounts, paperwork associated with approvals, etc.)
•Monitors and analyzes dealer trend reports, backlog reports, rolling report and daily sales reports and follows up on information gathered through these reports.
•Communicates effectively with team members to ensure day-to-day responsibilities are performed, vendor base is serviced, and new vendor activity is communicated.
•Actively organizes and updates vendor base in Salesforce.
•Keeps rates updated in the territory on a monthly basis.
•Responsible for expediting information between GreatAmerica departments in order to provide superior customer service to our dealers in all areas necessary.
•Assists with fact-finding calls for new leads.
Education, experience and skills required:
For this position you must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 1 year sales or related experience. The ideal candidate should possess typing skills of at least 60 words per minute. We are seeking an individual with exceptional organizational, analytical and follow-through skills. As a Vendor Relationship Manager, excellent verbal and written communication skills are required and you must have the mathematical ability to calculate rates.
