Account Executive – JumpOnIt

Job Summary: The Cedar Rapids, IA Account Executive is responsible for building and managing a specific sales geography of this cutting edge new mobile marketing company. This position will take an active role in determining how this product will be introduced, grown and managed for the long term to maximize market sales and profitability. A high degree of autonomy and entrepreneurship make this position perfect for a success-oriented, goal-driven, sales professional that seeks to essentially build their own business and make significant income in the near and long term.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is comfortable going into businesses with no prior working relationship and building that relationship. Must be a great communicator, have professional demeanor and be well organized. Has a strong ability to build networks and positive relationships with area business. Can be part-time or full-time.

Job Responsibilities:

•Complete understanding of the JumpOnIt product and value.

•Ability to translate offering into how it contributes to businesses, specifically how JumpOnIt can be the most effective use of their marketing spend.

•Ability to effectively build and manage sales funnel with little oversight.

•Drive revenue by making outbound calls, in-person visits, networking and other means possible.

•Provide feedback on customer reactions and program improvements.

•Identify and convert on specific vertical sales that work best in this model (namely restaurants).

•Effectively manage long-term client relationships.

•Able to independently motivate, manage time and generate sales.

•Meet sales goals.

•Focuses on building market presence for JumpOnIt.

•Meet quality, efficiency and revenue goals.

Job Skills & Attributes:

•Proven B2B sales background, with initiative and motivation to take ownership of meeting goals within Cedar Rapids market.

•Able to independently motivate, manage time and generate sales.

•Love closing deals, great communicator, and solid work ethic.

•Doesn't take no as the final answer when it comes to a customer's first point of feedback.

•Proactive thinking with strong interest in digital technologies.

•Work hard every day, be coachable, and bring a positive attitude.

Minimum Requirements:

•Preferred 1+ years of outbound sales experience or 3+ years of inbound sales experience.

•Proven cold calling and appointment setting experience.

•Excellent phone and customer service skills.

•Access to or own reliable transportation, safe driving habits, and the maintaining of valid driver's license. Must be insurable by the company.

•This position will be required to work days, nights and/or weekends, as needed, to achieve sales goals.
