We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team. A Fusionfarm Account Manager manages and coordinates client projects taking an active role in all disciplines from planning to completion. Part-project manager, part strategist, as an Account Manager you will be the client's main contact. You will begin by developing a thorough knowledge of the client's business, their customer and all aspects of their marketing. As a strategist, you will work with the agency team to determine the best marketing solution, communicate the recommendations candidly to the client and organize the plan for execution. You will work with the client presenting opportunities to provide additional services and will be responsible for contract renewals. This person must be a highly motivated individual with strong business skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment. We're looking for someone who has an understanding of marketing principles, is willing to learn and is good at recognizing and managing priorities and deadlines.

In this position you will work directly with sales representatives, clients and internal team members to accomplish client marketing goals.

This position requires a passion for building strong relationships.


•Manages/coordinates client projects

•Facilitates client meetings

•Works directly with Specialists to ensure work is completed and timelines are met

•Effectively executes strategies

•Problem solving

•Provides client service support to ensure that all assignments are executed timely and accurately

•Recognizes and communicates opportunities to upsell agency services

•Manages client churn and renewal of client contracts

•Maintain an understanding of the evolving digital and traditional marketing landscape

•Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

•BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience

•Understanding of basic marketing principles

•Strong project management skills

•The ability to write and speak effectively

•A capacity for statistical analysis

•Developed organizational skills

•Ability to work in an open team environment

•Strong creative and analytical mindset

•Self-motivated and results-driven

•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a project-oriented team environment

•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

•Team-oriented, strong work ethic in achieving personal and team goals

•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Sales experience desired
