Director of Lead Generation and Paid Acquisition


The Director of Lead Generation and Paid Acquisition will be responsible for creating and implementing a paid acquisition and lead generation strategy for our Digital Solution Product set. In this role you will develop the digital acquisition and media strategy to drive results and efficiencies across the SMB audience. This role requires an in-depth understanding of driving marketing revenue growth through lead generation to include paid SEO/SEM, Facebook, trials and demo's.


Responsible for taking a leadership role to develop and implement strategies that will drive significant revenue growth through paid acquisition and lead generation programs. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing / media with a focus on paid media and acquisition based campaigns. This role will be responsible for building out an operating model to engage in ROI driven campaigns focused on acquisition through our direct sales channel or self-serve enrollment. Continually monitors and assesses campaigns for performance and interprets key metrics/reports to recommend corrective action. Extract and use insights to inform product, marketing and campaign recommendations. Manages the budget and controls all costs associated with digital acquisition. Highly collaborative, with the ability to build strong working relationships with sales and cross-functional marketing teams to understand their needs and convert into high performing media and demand generation plans. Prioritize the optimization of various media investments to drive qualified leads into the sales funnel. Proven experience driving innovation, analytics and performance marketing. Experience managing media agency fees and costs. Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills with a focus on tangible and measureable recommendations. Agile and thrives in fast paced environment.


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related field - Required

5-8 yrs experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation- Required

5 yrs experience in SEO/SEM- Required

Experience driving marketing revenue through lead generation- Required

Strong understanding of Digital Marketing best practices - Required

Experience working closely with sales team - Preferred

Strong analytic and quantitative skills - Preferred
