We are looking for a Website Project Specialist to join our team. Part-project manager, part-website strategist, as a Website Project Specialist, you will work with clients, developers, programmers and designers to manage website projects and help launch sites that meet client and budget goals and objectives. This person must be a highly motivated individual with a general technical background, project management skills, a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced team environment. We're looking for someone who has an understanding of digital marketing concepts, is willing to learn and is good at recognizing and managing priorities and deadlines.

In this position you will work directly with sales representatives, clients and internal team members to define website project scope, timelines and work closely with the team to determine solutions for client's website needs.

This position requires a passion for learning and the ability to adapt to an agile team environment.


•Independently and in a team environment, manage client website projects

•Basic knowledge of project management tools

•Manage multiple concurrent projects while working collaboratively with all internal teams, setting and keeping them informed of delivery dates, tasks and client expectations

•Work collaboratively with clients, developers and designers to determine project goals and timelines

•Serve as a product specialist to our clients, internal team and sales team

•Act as a marketing strategist. Collaborate with team to set website and marketing direction and ensure that the team is always working towards this goal.

•Course correct team when veering from overall marketing goals.

•Create and upload website content and perform basic website formatting

•Maintain an understanding of the evolving digital marketing and website industry and best practices

•Basic web development and usability testing

•Basic content and site architecture understanding

•Web page testing and Q&A to ensure pages and functionalities work properly

•Work closely with developers and designers to clearly relay client website goals and direction to accomplish objectives and functionality requirements

•Ability to translate client requirements into website functionality and vice versa

•Perform additional duties as assigned

Required Skills

•BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience

•Strong project management skills and understanding of Agile Project Management and general knowledge of PMBOK best practices

•An influencer

•Ability to flip between the big picture and the details of a project

•Proposal writing experience a plus

•Demonstrated success in managing hands-on, complex project management efforts

•Ability to work in an open team environment

•Strong creative and analytical mindset

•Self-motivated and results-driven

•Ability to gather and manage client website requirements

•Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a project-oriented team environment

•Basic understanding of HTML is preferred but not required

•General understanding and some hands-on experience with WordPress is preferred but not required

•Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects

•Excellent communication, documentation and organizational skills

•Ability to drive multiple web projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment through multi-tasking and managing frequent priority requests

•Team-oriented, strong work ethic in achieving personal, team and agency goals

•Working knowledge of site navigation, structure and GUI to maximize usability

•Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills

•Hands-on SEO and content writing experience a plus
