Position Title: Project Manager

Linn Area Credit Union is a not-for-profit, full-service financial organization with branches in Cedar Rapids and Marion, Iowa. We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Linn Area Team & Family.

As we continue to grow and help our over 24,000 members to achieve their financial goals, we have the desire for a leader to help us get there! This position is responsible for planning, budgeting, documenting and coordinating the implementation of all aspects of specific projects, which support the strategic initiatives of the Credit Union. The Project Manager will work closely with Senior Management to ensure the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as meeting the needs of the Credit Union. In a perfect world, our ideal candidate would love to poke the bear, gently!

What is important to us is that you are crazy about innovation and determine strategies to move the organization forward, set goals, create and implement action plans, keep all parties on target to meet deadlines, and evaluate the process and results of various projects..
