Assistant/Associate Director, Alumni Engagement & Annual Giving
Applications are being accepted for the full-time position of assistant/associate director, alumni engagement and annual giving. This position will develop cohesive and compelling engagement and philanthropic opportunities as part of a comprehensive direct mail and digital annual giving program. The assistant/associate director is also responsible for strategies to encourage involvement among Cornell College's young alumni and work to integrate these constituents within the larger cohort of alumni engagement and annual giving efforts. This position also works extensively with alumni volunteers as part of reunion programming, peer-to-peer solicitations, and general alumni engagement opportunities.

•Bachelor's degree required.
•One or more years in fundraising, marketing, event planning, sales or public relations preferred.
•Excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Knowledge of liberal arts education.
•Ability to communicate effectively, interact professionally in a variety of situations (in person and on the telephone).
•Ability to maintain confidentiality. Must have valid Iowa driver's license and be insurable to drive.
