Part Time - Customer Support Representative – Numerous Positions

Schedules vary: Choices are:

• Friday through Tuesday – 8am – noon – 20 hours OR

• Friday, Saturday – 8am – noon, Sunday, Monday - 8am to 2pm, and Tuesday 8am – noon OR

• Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday – 5pm – 10pm

Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for answering and responding to in-bound customer support calls, and will troubleshoot our customers' billing issues and some technical issues. You will also educate our customers on our products and provide other information as needed while providing world-class customer service!

Qualifications

•Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

•Excellent communication skills

•An interest in computers and technology a plus

•Prior customer service experience a plus

•Positive work history and excellent attendance record

•Comfortable on the phone

•Strong organizational skills

•A desire to work in a helpdesk environment

•Works well under pressure

•Team player

Skills Required

•Excellent interpersonal/customer service skills

•Excellent communication skills

•Comfortable working with a computer

•1-2 years prior experience in a customer service atmosphere

•Individual must be comfortable and enjoy being on the phone

•Team player

•Work well under pressure

Physical Requirements:

•Individual must be comfortable sitting for long periods of time

•Ability to reach, see, hear, sit, type, speak for extended periods of time
