Customer Care Specialist
Job Summary: Provide first level customer response via phone and email. Gather feedback and customer issues and facilitate the solution to problems.
• Answer inbound phone calls in a professional manner.
• Gather and record data from calls as required, utilizing specified systems.
• Make outbound phone calls as necessary or directed in response to email or for special projects.
• Escalate sensitive or high priority issues to customer care supervisor and manager as appropriate.
Job Skills and Attributes:
Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED required. Customer service experience or telephone sales experience preferred.
A pre-employment drug screen is required. EOE.
