Who we're looking for
Toyota's Collections Department is looking for passionate and highly-motivated Collections Customer Service Representatives.
The primary responsibility of this role is to this role is to take ownership of account handling, maintenance, collection and liquidation for assigned portfolios.
Reporting to the Collections Manager, the person in this role will support the Collections department's objective to be accountable for accurate and timely handling of all aspects of customer account maintenance and transactions.
What you'll be doing
Retrieving payment history from available systems and clearly communicating the status to the customer.
Analyzing account characteristics and working with customers to resolve their issues, persuading them to bring their account current.
Reviewing customers' history and, where appropriate and based on established policies and procedures, waiving late charges and granting extensions.
Utilizing all collection tools available to maintain delinquencies and losses at or below Customer Service Center objectives.
Documenting all activities in a clear and concise manner utilizing the appropriate systems and in accordance with established procedures.

Ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance to support team and business objectives.
Capability to work flexible hours, which may include day, evening and weekend shifts.
