Primary responsibilities to include: Working with Access Database and Sales Force for Customer Communications, Projects and Reporting. Creating and maintaining Excel Spreadsheets and Reports. Analyzing Carrier Invoices and Contracts and performing Analytics for Cost Savings. Project Management; Customer Service and Support; Coordination of installations.
Skills required: Intermediate to higher Excel and Word; Detail Oriented; Strong Communication skills. Project Management background. Customer Service or Support required with prior Sales experience helpful.
