The University of Iowa department of Facilities Management is seeking a Supervisor of Area Maintenance to supervise, plan, schedule and coordinate the activities of skilled trade employees, trades technicians, and other workers engaged in a variety of mechanical, electrical and building maintenance and building operation activities; including existing building commissioning (EBCx) practices and data collection analysis to ensure optimized building system performance and energy conservation.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience, 1-3 years of experience, excluding apprenticeship, in the building trades including experience in maintenance operations.
